数字新质生产力与农民增收:作用机制与效应
A Study of the Mechanisms and Effects on Digital New-Quality Productive Forces and Farmers' Income Growth

Abstract
Promoting farmers' income growth is central to the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers("the three rurals")and constitutes a prerequisite for achieving common prosperity.To in-vestigate how the development of digital new-quality productive forces empowers farmers' income growth,this study constructs a two-way fixed-effects model,a mediation effect model,and a threshold effect model based on provincial-level panel data from 30 provinces spanning 2012-2022.Through rig-orous empirical analysis,we examine both the impact magnitude and underlying implementation pathways of digital new-quality productive forces on farmers' income growth.The findings reveal that digital new-quality productive forces significantly enhance farmers' income-a conclusion robustly confirmed through a series of sensitivity and robustness checks.Regarding the underlying mechanisms,such forces primarily foster income growth via two channels:extension of the agricultural industrial chain and innova-tion-driven development in agriculture.In terms of heterogeneity,the income-enhancing effects of dig-ital new-quality productive forces vary across regions and levels of information infrastructure develop-ment.With respect to nonlinearity,a statistically significant single-threshold effect exists-determined jointly by the level of digital new-quality productive forces and the degree of agricultural industrial chain extension-whereby the marginal contribution to farmers' income growth exhibits a"gradually increas-ing"pattern as these thresholds are surpassed.Based on these findings,we propose targeted policy rec-ommendations:accelerating the digital transformation of production factors;driving the extension and up-grading of the agricultural industrial chain;strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation;and cultivating digital new-quality productive forces in a context-sensitive,region-specific manner.These insights offer valuable reference for sustaining stable and long-term income growth among farmers.关键词
