清金化痰汤联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿支原体肺炎温毒壅肺证疗效及对患儿通气状态、动脉血气和免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint patching in treating pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia with the syndrome of wind-heat and toxicity obstructing the lung,and to evaluate its effects on ventilation status,arterial blood gases,and serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG,and IgM levels.Methods Ninety children with mycoplasma pneumonia were assigned to two groups according to treatment regimen.The control group included 40 cases treated with azithromycin tablets and ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution,while the treatment group included 50 cases treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint patching on the basis of the control group.Both groups received treatment for 7 d.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,peripheral blood type 1 helper T(Th1)/Th2 balance indicators(interleukin-2[IL-2],IL-4,IL-10,interferon-γ[IFN-γ]),serum immunoglobulin levels(IgA,IgG,IgM),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),and respiratory rate(RR).Hospital stay and clinical efficacy were also recorded.Results The total effective rate was 96.00%(48/50)in the treatment group and 77.50%(31/40)in the control group;the TCM syndrome efficacy was superior in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-2 and IFN-γ levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).IL-4 and IL-10 levels increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).RR decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),with a greater reduction in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).SaO2 increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG,and IgM levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Hospital stay was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with acupoint patching is effective in treating pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia with the syndrome of wind-heat and toxicity obstructing the lung.It may help restore Th1/Th2 balance,improve ventilation status,increase oxygen saturation,and reduce immunoglobulin levels.关键词
