定喘汤合清金化痰汤联合布地格福吸入气雾剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺源性心脏病患者肺功能及白细胞介素6水平的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Dingchuan Decoction combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction and budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol inhalation aerosol on pulmonary function and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated by pulmonary heart disease(PHD).Methods A total of 172 patients with COPD complicated by PHD who were treated at Jingjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were enrolled and randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group using a random number table.The treatment group included 85 patients and received Dingchuan Decoction combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction and budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol inhalation aerosol.The control group included 87 patients and received budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol inhalation aerosol combined with a Chinese medicine placebo.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pulmonary function(peak expiratory flow[PEF],forced vital capacity[FVC],forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1],and FEV1/FVC),and inflammatory markers(IL-6 and C-reactive protein[CRP])were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and IL-6,CRP levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF,FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC increased in both groups(P<0.05),and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(96.47%[82/85]vs 81.61%[71/87],P<0.05).Conclusion Dingchuan Decoction combined with Qingjin Huatan Decoction and budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol inhalation aerosol can effectively improve pulmonary function and suppress systemic inflammation in patients with COPD complicated by PHD.关键词
