参附救心汤对慢性心力衰竭合并缓慢型心律失常患者心室重构、Th17/Treg平衡的影响
Effects of Shenfu Jiuxin Decoction on ventricular remodeling and Th17/Treg balance in patients with chronic heart failure complicated by bradyarrhythmia

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Shenfu Jiuxin Decoction on ventricular remodeling and the balance of helper T cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated by bradyarrhythmia(BA).Methods A total of 122 patients with CHF complicated by BA admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to April 2024 were enrolled and randomly assigned,using a random number table,to a control group(n=61)and a treatment group(n=61).The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,and the treatment group received Shenfu Jiuxin Decoction in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of cardiac function indicators(left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide[NT-proBNP],6-minute walk test[6MWT]),ventricular remodeling indicators(left ventricular posterior wall thickness[LVPWT],interventricular septal thickness[IVST],left ventricular mass index[LVMI]),electrocardiographic parameters(heart rate[HR],QT interval,QT dispersion[QTd]),and Th17/Treg balance.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Results Compared with baseline,LVEF,6MWT distance,and Treg increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with baseline,NT-proBNP,LVPWT,IVST,LVMI,HR,QT interval,QTd,Th17,and Th17/Treg decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(91.80%[56/61]vs 77.05%[47/61],P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.752).Conclusion Shenfu Jiuxin Decoction shows significant efficacy in the treatment of CHF complicated by BA.It can improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling,restore immune function,and has a favorable safety profile.关键词
