数字普惠金融赋能河北省粮食产业链韧性提升机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Enhancing the Resilience of the Grain Industry Chain in Hebei Province through Digital Inclusive Finance

Abstract
Enhancing the resilience of the grain industry chain is a core issue for ensuring food security in Hebei Province.Digital inclusive finance,as an important policy instrument to mitigate financial constraints of industry chains and enhance systemic resilience,its enabling effect urgently needs to be systematically demonstrated.Based on the 2023 panel data of Hebei Province,the entropy-TOPSIS method was used to measure the resilience level of the grain industry chain,and the constraints on the enabling effect of digital inclusive finance on the grain industry chain were deeply analyzed.The results show that grain industry chain resilience in Hebei Province presents a regional differentiation pattern of'ecological leadership in the northern region,production support in the central and southern regions,and lagging transformation in the eastern region'.Low penetration of rural financial services,insufficient supporting capacity of financial insti-tutions,poor adaptability of digital financial products,and weak digital foundation of the industrial chain are the major constraints limiting the enabling effect.A linkage improvement mechanism is constructed from four dimensions of in-depth utilization,stable entities,product adaptation,and digital intelligence collabora-tion.It provides theoretical basis and practical refer-ence for strengthening risk-resistance ability and sustainable development of the grain industry chain in Hebei Province.关键词
