头部刮痧联合疏挛解痉颗粒离子导入敷眼干预郁证相关性干眼患者的临床观察
Clinical observation on scalp scraping combined with iontophoresis eye compress of Shuluan Jiejing Granules in patients with depression syndrome-related dry eye

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of scalp scraping combined with iontophoresis eye compress of Shulu-an Jiejing Granules in alleviating depression syndrome-related dry eye.Methods A total of 54 patients with depression syn-drome-related dry eye treated in the Ophthalmology Outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected as study subjects.Using a computer-generated random sequence,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy con-sisting of artificial tears eye drops combined with iontophoresis eye compress of Shuluan Jiejing Granules.The observation group received scalp scraping on the basis of the intervention for the control group.The changes in the Ocular Surface Dis-ease Index(OSDI)score,tear break-up time(TBUT),tear meniscus height,Schirmer's tear test,corneal fluorescein stai-ning score,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale score were compared between the two groups at baseline and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The difference in OSDI scores before and after treatment was(9.78±4.58)points in the control group and(12.56±5.11)points in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.104,P=0.040).The difference in TBUT before and after treatment was(3.08±2.90)s in the control group and(5.56±3.47)s in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.843,P=0.006).The difference in Hospital Anxie-ty and Depression Scale-Anxiety subscale scores before and after treatment was(3.96±2.12)points in the control group and(6.00±2.22)points in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.448,P=0.001).The difference in Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Depression subscale scores before and after treatment was(4.33±2.39)points in the control group and(5.89±2.22)points in the ob-servation group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.478,P=0.017).Conclusion Scalp scraping combined with iontophoresis eye compress of Shuluan Jiejing Granules can alleviate ocular symptoms and the severity of anxiety and depres-sion,prolong tear break-up time,and improve tear film stability in patients with depression syndrome-related dry eye.关键词
