参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder combined with moxibustion in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D).Methods:A total of 80 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Tablets,while the combined group received Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group's treatment.The clinical efficacy,as well as changes in the irritable bowel syndrome severity scoring system(IBS-SSS)score,Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)score,and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 95％in the combined group and 82.5％in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the IBS-SSS scores,HAMA scores,and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the post-treatment scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder combined with moxibustion can improve clinical symptoms,alle-viate anxiety,and enhance both clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with IBS-D.关键词
