黄芪建中汤对脾胃虚寒型幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃炎患儿胃肠功能和免疫功能的影响
The Effect of Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function and Immune Function in Children with Helicobacter pylori-Associated Gastritis of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency-Cold Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction on gastrointestinal function and immune function in children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:A total of 110 children with Hp-associated gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type diagnosed and treated at Nanyang Central Hospital from September 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the Chinese medicinal group using the random odd-even number method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional triple therapy,while the Chinese medicinal group received Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Then TCM syndrome scores,gastrointesti-nal function[substance P(SP),motilin(MLT),and gastrin(GAS)],inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-8,and IL-6],immune function,and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores for poor appetite with loose stools,cold limbs,fatigue and weakness,prefer-ence for warmth and pressure,and dull epigastric pain in the Chinese medicinal group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).SP and GAS levels in the Chinese medicinal group were lower than those in the control group,while MLT level was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-8,and IL-6 in the Chinese medicinal group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The CD8+level in the Chinese medicinal group was lower than that in the control group,while the levels of im-munoglobulin(Ig)A,CD4+/CD8+,IgM,and IgG were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was3.64％in the Chinese medicinal group and5.45％in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction can ef-fectively alleviate the inflammatory response in children with Hp-associated gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type,regulate their immune function and gastrointestinal function,and improve TCM syndromes.关键词
