白头翁汤历史沿革及关键信息考证
Historical Evolution and Textual Research on Key Information of Pulsatilla Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically sort out and analyze key information of Pulsatilla Decoction(PD),including its historical evolu-tion,formula-principle composition,dosage,decoction-administration methods,medicinal origin and modern clinical applications.Ancient-literature analysis:Databases including the Chinese Medical Canon,Bolan Medical Books,Digital Library of Ancient TCM Clas-sics and Duxiu Academic Database were searched with"PD"as the keyword.Modern-literature analysis:CNKI was retrieved using"PD"as the subject term,and the retrieval period was from January 14,1985 to December 1,2024.A total of 54 valid records from 52 ancient books were screened out in ancient literature research.Originating from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,PD consists of four Chinese medicinals:Baitouweng(Pulsatillae Radix),Huangbai(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Qinpi(Fraxini Cortex).It exerts the effects of clearing heat,drying dampness,checking dysentery and consolidating yin,and is indica-ted for heat dysentery of reverting yin disease.Its clinical application has also been extended to pediatric diseases and warm-heat disea-ses.In modern literature research,278 eligible articles were included.PD is commonly applied for digestive diseases such as ulcerative colitis,bacillary dysentery and radiation enteritis,as well as genitourinary diseases,pediatric disorders and other illnesses.Conclusion:Through literature research and collation of key information on PD,this study provides sufficient evidence for further research and devel-opment of this classical formula.关键词
