自拟清润护目方外熏治疗脂质异常型干眼的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Self-designed Qingrun Humu Formula Fumigation in the Treatment of Lipid Abnormality-Related Dry Eye Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Qingrun Humu Formula ocular fumigation in patients with lipid abnormality-related dry eye syndrome.Methods Sixty-four patients with lipid abnormality-related dry eye syndrome treated at the Department of Ophthalmology of Jinhua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomized into a control group and an observation group through a random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with 0.3%sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with meibomian gland massage.The observation group,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,received self-designed Qingrun Humu Formula ocular fumigation.Both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of the following indicators:fluorescein tear film break-up time(FBUT),Standard Patient Evaluation of Eye Dryness(SPEED)score,inter-blink interval(IBI),ocular protection index(OPI),as well as scores of eyelid margin congestion,meibomian gland orifice,meibomian gland excretion ability,and meibum quality.Results After treatment,both groups showed prolonged FBUT(P<0.01)and the observation group had longer FBUT than the control group(P<0.01).The SPEED scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the SPEED score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant intergroup difference in IBI or OPI between the two groups(P>0.05).Intragroup comparison showed that after treatment,IBI and OPI increased in both groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of eyelid margin congestion,meibomian gland orifice,meibomian gland excretion ability,and meibum quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Qingrun Humu Formula ocular fumigation can improve tear film stability,relieve dry eye symptoms,improve meibum quality,and help prolong the IBI and raise the OPI in the patients with lipid abnormality-related dry eye syndrome.关键词
