Professor LI Ying's Clinical Experience in Treating Intrauterine Adhesions Based on the Theory of Yang Transforming Qi while Yin Constituting Form

Abstract
In response to the clinical predicament of postoperative recurrence of intrauterine adhesions(IUA)and endometrial aplastic disorders,Professor LI Ying,based on the theory of Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form in the Huangdi's Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)and integrating the traditional treatment methods of tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence and activating blood and resolving stasis,systematically proposes the core pathogenesis of this disease.Specifically,Yang deficiency with ineffective Qi transformation leads to Yin turbidity and stagnation(as the symptoms),and Yin and essence deficiency causes insufficient physical form(as the root cause).On this basis,the general treatment guideline is established as supporting Yang and assisting Qi transformation to disperse nodules,and nourishing Yin and restoring the physical form to consolidate the root.A dynamic treatment system that takes into account the postoperative disease course stages and the waxing and waning law of Yin and Yang in the menstrual cycle is established.The treatment demonstrates remarkable clinical effect,reflecting the characteristic advantages of the holistic concept and the combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
