参芪固金膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肺肾两虚证型的临床效果分析
Clinical Efficacy of Shenqi Gujin Paste in Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Patients with the Syndrome of Lung-Kidney Deficiency

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Gujin Paste in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)in the patients with the syndrome of lung-kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 120 AECOPD patients with the syndrome of lung-kidney deficiency treated in Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to November 2024 were enrolled in this study.The patients were assigned through the random number table method into a control group and a study group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Gujin Paste on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,exercise ability,blood-gas indicators,and inflammatory factor levels were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical response rate of the study group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than that(86.67%,52/60)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had lower scores of TCM symptoms(wheezing,fatigue,cough,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,night sweating,feverish feeling in palms and soles,and expectoration)than the control group.In addition,the study group outperformed the control group regarding the 6-minute walking distance,blood-gas indicators,and inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Gujin Paste demonstrates definite efficacy in treating AECOPD patients with the syndrome of lung-kidney deficiency.It can significantly alleviate symptoms and improve exercise ability,showing good safety.关键词
