脑动脉瘤围手术期患者疾病恐惧进展对用药依从性的影响:心理弹性的中介效应
Study on the impact of disease—related anxiety progression during the perioperative period on medication adherence in patients with cerebral aneurysms:The mediating effect of psychological resilience

Abstract
Objective:To explore the association between medication compliance and the progression of disease fear in patients with cerebral aneurysms during the perioperative period,as well as the pathway of psychological resili-ence.Methods:From October 2024 to December 2025,230 perioperative patients with cerebral aneurysm were select-ed from Nanyang Central Hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey.Models 4 and 5 in the SPSS Process plugin were used to analyze the mediating role of different dimensions of psychological resilience in the association between medi-cation compliance and disease fear progression in patients with cerebral aneurysms during the perioperative period.Results:The average score of the Psychological Resilience Scale of the investigated patients was(68.74±3.28)points,the average score of the Medication Compliance Scale was(4.43±1.34)points,and the average score of the Fear Pro-gression Scale of Disease was(40.67±3.17).Moreover,there were correlations among the scores of each scale(r=-0.46,0.55,-0.48;P＜0.05).The total mediating effect of psychological resilience in the association between medica-tion compliance and fear of disease progression was 41.18％(β=-0.025,P＜0.01),and the mediating effect of resili-ence was 16.23％(β=-0.003,95％CI:-0.005,-0.001),the force mediating effect was 17.03％(β=-0.011,95％CI:-0.018,-0.005),and the optimism mediating effect was 43.68％(β=-0.012,95％CI:-0.015,-0.009)(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:Each dimension of psychological resilience plays a mediating role to varying degrees in the association be-tween medication compliance and disease fear progression in patients with cerebral aneurysms during the periopera-tive period.It is recommended to implement targeted intervention measures to reduce the disease progression fear level of patients with cerebral aneurysms during the perioperative period and prevent adverse outcomes.关键词
