共情沟通联合健康教育互动模式对乳腺癌术后患者应激反应及遵医行为的影响
Influence of empathy communication combined with health education interaction model on stress response and compliance behaviors in patients after breast cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of combination of empathy communication and health education in-teraction model on stress response and compliance behaviors in patients after breast cancer(BC)surgery.Methods:A total of 88 patients after BC surgery were included from January 2022 to December 2024,and were classified into control group(n=44,routine nursing)and observation group(n=44,empathy communication combined with health education interaction model on the basis of routine nursing).The physiological stress indexes,psychological stress scores,quality of life scores,compliance behaviors and satisfaction were compared between both groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=-2.140,-2.315,-2.149;P＜0.05).The score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group after intervention was higher while the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Automated Thinking Questionnaire(ATQ)were lower compared to the control group(t=2.712,-2.479,-2.487;P＜0.05).The scores of dimensions and total score of quality of life were higher in the observation group after intervention(t=3.498,2.747,6.891,2.365,2.275;P＜0.05).The compliance rates of taking medicine on time,return visit on time,exercise on time and reasonable diet and total compliance rate of compliance behaviors in the observation group were higher compared with those in the control group(x2=4.166,10.909,10.233,6.669,6.233;P＜0.05).The observation group had a higher satisfaction score(t=3.354,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Empathy communication combined with health education interaction model can effec-tively relieve the physiological and psychological stress responses in patients after BC surgery,and enhance the quali-ty of life and compliance behaviors.关键词
