社会心理适应在面部烧伤患者应对方式与创伤后应激障碍间的中介效应
Mediating effect of psychosocial adaptation between coping methods and post—traumatic stress disorder in patients with facial burns

Abstract
Objective:Explore the mediating effect of psychosocial adaptation between coping methods and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in patients with facial burns.Methods:The 86 facial burn patients admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected for questionnaires using the Psychosocial Adjustment To Illness Scale-Self-report(PAIS-SR),the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ-19),and the Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C).The correlation between the three was analyzed through Pearson correlation,the mediating effect was tested by multiple linear regression and structural equations.Results:The total score of PAIS-SR in patients with facial burns was(49.58±5.29),the total score of positive cop-ing was(16.23±3.39),the total score of negative coping was(15.87±2.75),and the total score of PCL-C was(56.37±8.25).Positive coping methods were positively correlated with psychosocia adaptation and negatively corre-lated with PTSD(r=0.472,-0.516;P＜0.01).Negative coping methods were negatively correlated with social and psychological adaptation and positively correlated with PTSD(r=-0.449,0.471;P＜0.01).Psychosocial adaptation was negatively correlated with PTSD(r=-0.512,P＜0.01).Psychosocial adaptation exerted a mediating effect be-tween positive coping methods and PTSD in patients with facial burns,with an effect value of-0.395 and an effect proportion of 37.94％.Psychosocial adaptation exerted a mediating effect between negative coping methods and PTSD in patients with facial burns,with an effect value of 0.116 and an effect proportion of 17.76％.Conclusion:Pa-tients with facial burns have a low level of psychosocial adaptation and a high tendency to negative coping methods.Improving the patient's psychosocial adaptation level and coping methods can effectively reduce the risk of PTSD.关键词
