Abstract
Fibroadenomatoid Hyperplasia of the Breast is one of the most common benign tumors in women.Clinically,it is mainly treated with traditional surgical enucleation and ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery.At present,there are significant differences in the surgical quality and efficiency among front-line clinicians,and the postoperative recurrence rate and patient satisfaction also vary remarkably between different doctors.By comparing the selection of surgical methods,this ar-ticle starts from the key links of traditional surgery(such as local anesthesia,incision selection,and surgical techniques)and the key points of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,including the application of color Doppler ultrasound,instrument selection,and operation skills.It sorts out and summarizes improvement measures and precautions,expounds clinical practice experience,and provides a surgical treatment plan with higher quality and efficiency for clinical practice.关键词
