新质生产力对涉农企业全要素生产率的影响研究
Research on the Impact of New Quality Productivity on Total Factor Productivity of Agricultural-related Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
New quality productivity,with technological innovation as its core engine,deeply supports agricultural-related en-terprises,promotes the upgrading and development of laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor,comprehensively optimizes the allocation of production factors,significantly improves total factor productivity,and adds new vitality and potential to the competi-tion of agricultural-related enterprises.Based on the panel data of listed A-share agricultural-related enterprises in China from 2012 to 2023,fixed-effect models and panel threshold effect models are adopted to explore the impact of new quality productivity on the total factor productivity of agricultural-related enterprises and its mechanism of action.The research shows that new quality productivity significantly and positively promotes the improvement of total factor productivity of agricultural-related enterprises;new quality productivity promotes the improvement of total factor productivity of agricultural-related enterprises through the path of enterprise digital transformation.Threshold effect analysis reveals that when the economic development level exceeds the threshold value,the promoting effect of new quality productivity on the total factor productivity of agricultural-related enterprises is signifi-cantly enhanced.Heterogeneity analysis finds that in small and medium-sized agricultural-related enterprises,the manufacturing sector within agricultural-related enterprises,and agricultural-related enterprises with high market competitiveness,the positive impact of new quality productivity on the total factor productivity of agricultural-related enterprises is more significant.关键词
