Research on human hand morphology
摘要
Abstract
The hand constitutes a pivotal anatomical structure associated with human labor and mobility,and its morphological study holds significant value in fields such as anthropology and forensic medicine.The existing literature on hand morphology primarily encompasses the following aspects:sex,age,and population-based morphological variations;the determinants underlying morphological differences;the characterization of hand morphometric features;and the interdisciplinary applications of hand morphology research.By synthesizing empirical datasets and interpretive frameworks from pivotal studies,this paper delineates the patterns of morphological variation and the standardized measurement approaches employed in the field and examines the progress of domestic research in China and proposes prospective directions for future inquiry.关键词
