面向社区矛盾纠纷智慧调解服务平台
A SMART MEDIATION SERVICE PLATFORM FOR COMMUNITY CONFLICTS AND DISPUTES
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve more efficient diversified solutions to community conflicts and disputes,a new smart mediation service platform for community conflicts and disputes is researched and designed.This paper sorted out the current status and shortcomings of some smart legal mediation constructions,conducted in-depth research and designed a new community-oriented smart legal mediation platform,and elaborated on its construction ideas,overall architecture,workflow and core functions.By introducing advanced artificial intelligence technology and microservice framework,it realized core functions and applications such as multiple access,process adaptation,similar case recommendation,strategy generation,mediation evaluation,etc.Through the practical application evaluation of conflict and dispute resolution,effectiveness and value of the platform had been verified.关键词
