Chinese Expert Consensus on Core Competency Cultivation for Nurses in the Context of Digital-intelligent Nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective With the deep integration of the internet of things,big data,cloud compu-ting,artificial intelligence(AI),and robotic technologies in the medical field,the nursing discipline is rapidly entering the era of digital-intelligent nursing.This consensus aims to systematically construct a core competency framework for nurses suited to future healthcare scenarios.Methods Following the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT),a working group comprising experts in nursing,nursing informatics,and related fields was established.Evidence was systemati-cally retrieved and graded using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and E-valuation(GRADE)system,and consensus was reached through the Delphi expert consultation method.Results This consensus systematically defines the conceptual connotation of nurses' core competency in the context of digital-intelligent nursing and establishes a four-dimensional framework of"cognition-skill-thinking-value"(C-S-T-V).It clarifies the professional boundaries of these com-petencies and proposes a full life-cycle cultivation pathway and quantitative evaluation indicators from the dimensions of academic education,clinical standardized training,continuing education,and support systems.Conclusion To address the practical adaptability of grassroots promotion,this consensus,combined with multicenter empirical research projects,proposes hierarchical and catego-rized quantitative evaluation indicators and a stepwise promotion strategy,providing standardized and scientific guidance for talent cultivation in medical institutions and nursing schools nationwide.关键词
