冠心病患者氯吡格雷代谢相关基因分布特征分析
Characteristics of clopidogrel metabolism related genes distribution in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of clopidogrel metabolism-re-lated genes in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Clinical data of 728 CHD pa-tients who underwent genetic testing from January 2024 to February 2025 were retrospectively collect-ed,and all genetic testing data were completely preserved.The clinical data and clopidogrel metabo-lism-related genetic test results were collected,and the gene distribution characteristics were analyzed.Results Among 728 CHD patients,the allele frequencies of CYP2C19*2,CYP2C19*3,and CYP2C19*17 were 30.70％,6.25％,and 0.96％,respectively.The frequencies of extensive me-tabolizers,intermediate metabolizers,poor metabolizers,and ultrarapid metabolizers were 40.11％,42.03％,15.93％,and 1.92％,respectively.There were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of CYP2C19 genotypes or metabolic phenotypes across different genders,age groups,smoking status,concomitant medications,or liver function grades(P＞0.05).Conclusion This study systematically elucidates the distribution characteristics of clopidogrel metabolism-related genes in CHD patients in Jinzhai County,and confirms that CYP2C19 genotype distribution is not associated with gender,age,smoking status,concomitant medications,or liver function grade stratification in this regional population,providing a clinical reference for individualized antiplatelet therapy in patients with CHD in this area.关键词
