护士钝感力量表的编制及信效度检验
Development and psychometric validation of the Nurse Adaptive Insensitivity Scale

Abstract
Objective:To develop the Nurse Adaptive Insensitivity Scale(NAIS)and to evaluate its psychometric properties,so as to provide a measurement tool for research on adaptive insensitivity among nurses.Methods:Based on the concept of adaptive insensitivity proposed by Junichi Watanabe,a conceptual framework was constructed by integrating Bandura's social cognitive theory,Seligman's positive psychology theory,and the conservation of resources theory.An initial draft of the scale was developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation(n=14).From October to November 2024,480 practicing nurses were recruited from five tertiary grade A hospitals across China using convenience sampling.The nurses were randomly divided into two independent subsamples(n=240 each)using a random number table,with one subsample used for exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and the other for confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Of these nurses,222 nurses completed a retest after a two-week interval.Item analysis,EFA,CFA,and multidimensional reliability analysis were used to examine the psychometric properties of the scale.Results:The final scale comprised 15 items across three dimensions,including frustration tolerance(5 items),stress-coping adaptability(5 items),and positive mindset(5 items).The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.99,and the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.92 to 1.00.In the CFA,the comparative fit index(CFI)was 0.947,the normed fit index(NFI)was 0.933,the Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)was 0.932,and the standardized root mean square residual(SRMR)was 0.023.The standardized factor loading ranged from 0.849 to 0.948.The composite reliability(CR)ranged from 0.951 to 0.963,and the mean variance extraction value(AVE)ranged from 0.796 to 0.838.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.982,the split-half reliability was 0.967,and the test-retest reliability was 0.988.Conclusions:NAIS has good content validity,aggregated validity and reliability.Its three-factor structure has received initial support.The items are concise and the completion time is 2 to 3 minutes.It can be used as a tool to evaluate the insensitivity level of clinical nurses.However,the model fitting and dimensional discrimination validity still need to be further verified in a wider range of independent samples.关键词
