糖尿病病人心血管疾病风险感知水平现状及影响因素
Status quo and influencing factors of cardiovascular disease risk perception level among patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of cardiovascular disease(CVD)risk perception among diabetic patients and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 443 diabetic patients from a certain tertiary grade A hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire for diabetic patients,Attitude and Beliefs about Cardiovascular Disease risk questionnaire-Chinese version(ABCD-C),etc.The status quo of CVD risk perception and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The total score of CVD risk perception among the research subjects was(55.28±8.79).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,place of residence,age,occupation,complicated with coronary heart disease,obtaining health information through hospital websites or medical Apps,and time spent on high-intensity physical activity were independent influencing factors of CVD risk perception(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The CVD risk perception of diabetic patients is at a moderately high level.Medical staff should provide targeted education and care based on patients'risk attitudes,beliefs and physical activity conditions.关键词
