Status quo and influencing factors of frailty in kidney transplantation recipients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of frailty in kidney transplantation recipients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for targeted nursing interventions in clinical practice. Methods:By convenience sampling,a total of 163 kidney transplantation recipients who were followed up by the micro-platform in a tertiary grade A hospital in Guangzhou from January to May 2025 were selected as the research objects.A crosssectional survey was conducted using a selfdesigned general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of Tilburg Frailty Indicator(TFI),the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),and the Renal Transplant Recipient's Self-management Scale(RTRSS).Logistic regression was used to identify factors influencing frailty in kidney transplantation recipients. Results:The median frailty score of the 163 recipients was[3.0(1.0,5.0)],and 42 cases(25.8%)were identified as frailty.Logistic regression analysis showed that marital status[OR=0.294,95%CI(0.106,0.813)],time since transplantation[OR=3.202,95%CI(1.345,7.625)],selfmanagement ability[OR=4.278,95%CI(1.795,10.195)],and illness perception[OR=0.140,95%CI(0.059,0.334)]were key factors influencing frailty in kidney transplantation recipients(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The incidence of frailty in kidney transplantation recipients is relatively high.Being married and having mildtomoderate illness perception are protective factors against frailty, whereas poor or moderate selfmanagement ability and a time since transplantation≤12 months are risk factors.Clinical nursing staff should conduct early screening and implement targeted interventions to continuously improve the frailty status of kidney transplantation recipients.关键词
