基于随机森林模型的护士职业倦怠现状及影响因素
Current status and influencing factors of nurse job burnout based on a random forest model

Abstract
Objective:To explore the status quo of job burnout among clinical nurses and its influencing factors,and to provide evidence for formulating targeted intervention measures in the later stage.Methods:By using the method of convenient sampling combined with cluster sampling,a total of 1 564 nurses who met the criteria from 5 tertiary grade A hospitals in Changsha city,Hunan province from March to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were investigated using the general information questionnaire,the Maslach Burnout Inventory,and the ConnorDavidson Resilience Scale.The random forest model and LASSO regression method were adopted to rank and screen the influencing factors in terms of importance.Results:The total score of nurses'job burnout was(73.40±12.45),among which the score of emotional exhaustion was(28.60±8.21),the score of depersonalization was(12.30±5.14),and the score of personal achievement was(32.50±7.82).Department,satisfaction with income status,frequency of night shifts,level of psychological resilience,and educational attainment were the influencing factors of nurses'job burnout(all P<0.05),explaining a total of 41.8%of the variation,among which the department was the primary factor.Conclusions:The job burnout level among nurses is relatively high.Nursing administrators can develop comprehensive intervention plans targeting the relevant influencing factors to reduce burnout levels in nurses.关键词
