Research Progress in Hydrogen Permeation Behavior of Polymeric Materials for Hydrogen Energy Equipment
摘要
Abstract
Polymer materials are widely used in various hydrogen energy equipment due to their excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and good processability, and their service safety and reliability largely depend on the hydrogen permeation behavior of the materials.Once hydrogen permeates into the material,it can cause hydrogen-induced damage to the mechanical properties and ultimately lead to failure.Therefore,in-depth investigation of hydrogen permeation behavior, revealing the transport laws of hydrogen molecules within the polymer,is a prerequisite for understanding the hydrogen-induced failure mechanisms of polymer materials, and also serves as an important foundation for enhancing the service safety and reliability of hydrogen energy equipment. The current research status and prospects of hydrogen permeation properties of polymer materials in hydrogen environments are systematically reviewed.First, the solution-diffusion mechanism and microscopic diffusion models of hydrogen in polymers are elucidated.Second, key influencing factors on permeation behavior are discussed from four aspects:pressure, temperature, fillers, and material properties.Furthermore, two categories of hydrogen barrier performance enhancement strategies are outlined:strengthening interchain interactions and extending permeation pathways. Finally, current research gaps, particularly in the accumulation of data under extreme service conditions and multi-field coupling permeation mechanisms, are identified, and future research directions are proposed.关键词
