摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low mixing efficiency, large flow resistance and poor adaptability to multiphase reactions of traditional microreactors, combined with the needs of microreactor configuration optimization and comprehensive performance improvement, the influence of different configurations on reaction efficiency, mixing uniformity and mass transfer performance is focused on.Three types of microreactors with Ω-shaped,flower-shaped and heart-shaped configurations are designed and fabricated, and a multi-dimensional performance evaluation system covering flow resistance, mixing effect and mass transfer efficiency is established.Through pressure drop tests,oil-water mixing tests, parallel competitive reaction tests and two-phase extraction tests, the comprehensive performance of the three types of microreactors is fully tested. The results show that the Ω-shaped microreactor has the best comprehensive performance, with an average extraction efficiency of 86.3%,the best micro-mixing effect and the lowest segregation index;the flower-shaped microreactor ranks second in performance;the heart-shaped microreactor has the worst performance, with an average extraction efficiency of only 57.0%.In terms of flow resistance, the Ω-shaped and flower-shaped microreactors have similar resistance levels, while the heart-shaped microreactor has relatively lower resistance. All three types of microreactors meet the design requirements. The study clarifies the performance differences of microreactors with different configurations, verifies the scientificity of the Ω-shaped microreactor, its performance evaluation system and configuration design method, and provides reliable reference for the selection, optimization and industrial application of microreactors.关键词
