QR Code Label Creation Method for Production Records of Mechanical Parts

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high error rate,low efficiency,and inability to meet the traceability requirements for key production factors in manual production information recording during the production process of mechanical parts manufacturing plants,a method for creating QR code labels for mechanical parts production records suitable for on-site workshop circulation is proposed.By sorting out the production and manufacturing business processes of mechanical parts manufacturing plants and clarifying the requirements for key traceability nodes,a coding rule encompassing 25 types of production factor information is designed.The code consists of a combination of letters and numbers,with each field accurately corresponding to key data such as basic part information and process parameters.Based on QR code technology,a rectangular label with an aspect ratio of 1∶1.5 is adopted;a black-and-white image distortion-free amplification algorithm is incorporated to ensure stable code scanning,and measures including equidistant arrangement within the edges of the QR code image and configurable formats for text prompts are implemented.Thus,a production record QR code label is developed that not only enables quick data entry via computer scanning but also facilitates easy reading and identification by employees.Practical application in a certain mechanical parts plant shows that,the accuracy and operational efficiency of production information collection are significantly improved,and the traceability requirements for key production factors are fully met,which validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method for creating production record QR code labels.关键词
