组态视角下集体林地流转的多元驱动路径研究
Multiple driving pathways of collective forestland transfer from a configurational perspective

Abstract
Based on survey data from 148 villages in Hunan Province,this paper employs the qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)method with a configurational approach to systematically reveal the multiple driving pathways that promote collective forestland transfer.The results show that transaction institutional effectiveness alone constitutes a necessary condition for a high collective forestland transfer rate,while no other single factor constitutes a necessary condition.High collective forestland transfer rates are associated with two types of facilitating configurations:a market-environment-dominated configuration and a configuration driven synergistically by market environment and resource endowment.Low collective forestland transfer rates correspond to three types of inhibiting configurations:a market-environment-deficiency configuration,a combined market environment and resource endowment configuration,and a combined market environment and economic foundation configuration.Transferee activity is a common core condition across all configuration paths,playing an irreplaceable role in promoting forestland transfer and large-scale management.Accordingly,it is recommended to establish a"multi-factor,multi-path"coordinated promotion mechanism,strengthen the core position of new-type forestry management entities while enhancing factor linkages,and select locally appropriate pathways for increasing collective forestland transfer.关键词
