曲妥珠单抗联合多西他赛治疗HER2阳性乳腺癌患者的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响
Efficacy of trastuzumab combined with docetaxel in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer and its effect on serum tumor marker levels

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trastuzumab combined with docetaxel in pa-tients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer and its effect on serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and intercellular adhesion mol-ecule-1(ICAM-1).Methods A total of 90 patients with HER2-positive breast cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into a combination group(45 patients,trastuzumab combined with docetaxel)and a monotherapy group(45 patients,trastuzumab alone)u-sing a random number table.Serum levels of CEA,CA153 and ICAM-1 before and after treatment,short-term efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treat-ment,serum CEA,CA153 and ICAM-1 levels were decreased in both groups compared with pretreatment lev-els,and were lower in the combination group than those in the monotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The objective response rate and disease control rate were both significantly higher in the combination group than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).No significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trastuzum-ab combined with docetaxel demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer,improves short-term treatment response,reduces serum levels of CEA,CA153 and ICAM-1,and does not significantly increase the incidence of major adverse reactions.关键词
