摘要
Abstract
The construction industry has entered an era of stock competition, with the EPC general contracting model becoming mainstream. However, design management commonly suffers from pain points such as"emphasizing technology over economy,""disconnection between design and construction,"and"insufficient motivation for value creation."Through theoretical analysis and drawing on organizational behavior, value engineering, and whole-process integrated management theory, this paper proposes a"technology-commerce-process"three-dimensional integration framework for value creation.Based on a case study of an EPC project in Chongqing,it empirically demonstrates three core value-creation pathways:the design optimization and cost locking pathway based on value engineering, the process reengineering pathway based on integrated collaboration, and the refined management pathway based on digital empowerment. It also constructs a multi-dimensional talent training system for design management, encompassing the reconstruction of competency standards, innovation in training systems, improvement of incentive mechanisms, and reshaping of organizational culture. The research shows that the core of value creation in EPC project design management lies in achieving an organic integration of technical feasibility, economic ra tionality, construction convenience, and organizational incentives through systematic pathway design and talent assurance, thereby transforming design from a cost center into a profit center.关键词
