Abstract
Against the backdrop of the deepening of the national new urbanization strategy,the provincial level,as the core coordinating unit of construction project management,plays a crucial role in promoting the high-quality development of the regional construction industry through its digital transformation.This paper systematically analyzes the current development status of construction project management at the provincial level,identifying core issues such as poor regional coordination,difficulties in technology implementation,weak risk control,and mismatched management mechanisms.It further examines the causes of these problems from three levels:top-level design,resource guarantee,and practical implementation.On this basis,a digital optimization framework is proposed that combines provincial coordination with city-level differentiation and emphasizes both technological adaptation and management effectiveness.Specific optimization paths are proposed from four aspects:policy system,technological application,management mechanism,and knowledge management,providing practical references for provincial housing and urban-rural development departments to promote digital transformation.关键词
