Abstract
China's survey and design industry has entered a critical transitional period marked by stock optimization and value reconstruction.The industry's discursive authority and value recognition of design services have yet to align with their pivotal role in urban and rural development-a disparity particularly pronounced in the inland northwest region,where economic and technological foundations are relatively underdeveloped.This study explicitly defines the core connotation and boundaries of"design ecology,"conceptualizing it as a whole-chain industry development system centered on technological value,encompassing policy orientation,market mechanisms,industrial chain synergy,enterprise endogenous capacity,and talent cultivation systems.In light of the industry transition directives during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and the emerging consensus on full-cycle value creation,this paper contends that the reconstruction of design ecology fundamentally hinges on the cultivation of enterprise endogenous capacity.Extending services toward front-end project planning and establishing full-cycle service capacities represent pivotal transformation directions.Given the distinctive industry characteristics of the inland northwest region,this paper proposes reconstruction pathways along two dimensions:macro-level ecological collaborative optimization and micro-level endogenous capacity building,thereby offering practical references for the high-quality development of the survey and design industry in less-developed areas.关键词
