Abstract
Whole-process engineering consulting is a widely adopted implementation model for construction projects.The consulting service contract serves as a crucial legal instrument that defines the responsibilities and obligations between the client and the consultant.By summarizing common issues encountered in the practical application of these contracts and analyzing their underlying causes,this paper proposes a comprehensive framework for contract drafting and offers corresponding strategies,aiming to provide useful references for resolving common disputes.关键词
