摘要
Abstract
As China continues to open up its high-end manufacturing sector,foreign-invested enterprises establishing advanced manufacturing facilities in China have become a key driver of industrial technology upgrading.Such projects exhibit significant complexity at the design management level:they must strictly comply with China's current domestic engineering construction codes and mandatory standards, while also meeting investors' specific technical requirements derived from global operational experience. This paper proposes a cross-system theoretical framework for design management based on a three-level"demand identification, interface integration, and standard integration"and systematically analyzes the typical technical requirements of LEED certification,FM Global loss prevention standards, and EHS management systems.Taking a North American-funded life science manufacturing center project as an empirical case study, the paper demonstrates that early-stage standard integration mechanisms help reduce design change risks and ensure project compliance, and further proposes interface integration strategies throughout the full project lifecycle.关键词
