国内智慧养老研究趋势及其核心问题反思
Research Trends and Reflections on Core Issues in China's Smart Elderly Care

Abstract
Smart Elderly Care(SEC)has emerged as an important new business format for addressing the challenges of population aging yet existing research provided relatively insufficient systematic reviews of its development progress.Based on the CiteSpace software and the generative artificial intelligence tool Kimi,this study conducts bibliometric and word-frequency analyses to provide an integrated review of the research progress and challenges of domestic SEC.The findings reveal that over the past decade,the number of publications on SEC has grown significantly with five core research hubs taking shape nationwide.Research themes have increasingly focused on fundamental theories and policies,model applications and empowerment,and integrated industrial development.Chinese SEC research has evolved from the technological infrastructure construction to reflection on humanistic values.Nevertheless,the current development of the SEC industry still faces several key challenges,including supply-demand mismatch,disorderly data utilization,disconnected facilities,difficulties in implementing service programs,challenges in ethical risk prevention and control,and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration.Therefore,SEC should be committed to technological systems empowerment,full-cycle life care,the reconstruction of data governance ethics,and whole-domain ecosystem construction,so as to provide a reference for building a human-centered and sustainable Chinese SEC system.关键词
