摘要
Abstract
Immovable cultural relics in urban environments are facing multiple pressures from constructive destruction,environmental erosion,and functional decline.Taking Xiuying Battery in Haikou as a case study,this paper analyzes the predicaments it encounters during rapid urbanization,including spatial compression,fragmentation of the historical environment,division of management authority,and functional isolation.The study argues that the protection of cultural relics in the urban context needs to break through the"static preservation"model and turn toward the systematic governance of"dynamic coordination".Accordingly,this paper constructs a four-in-one strategic framework of"value protection—spatial integration—activation and utilization—public participation",aiming to provide a reference for the protection of immovable cultural relics in high-density urban environments.关键词
