闽南地区文物建筑修缮研究——以厦门市亭洋陈氏六房祖厝为例
Research on the Restoration of Cultural Relic Buildings in Southern Fujian:A Case Study of the Chen Clan Liufangzucuo in Tingyang,Xiamen

Abstract
In recent years,historical and cultural heritage has attracted increasing attention.For immovable cultural relics,heritage buildings with official protection grades are supported by relatively complete policy guarantee systems.By contrast,most ungraded immovable cultural relics are only administered and conserved with reference to the policies applicable to graded immovable cultural relics.Taking the Chen Clan Liufangzucuo in Tingyang,Xiamen as a research case,this paper investigates and analyzes the conservation and restoration practices of ungraded immovable cultural relics in the Minnan region.Through research covering architectural value identification,restoration design and construction implementation,as well as analysis of core technical points in typical restoration projects,this study offers practical references for the conservation and rehabilitation of similar ungraded heritage buildings.关键词
