椎弓根螺钉内固定联合撑开复位治疗寰枢椎脱位的疗效
Efficacy of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with distraction reduction for the treat-ment of atlantoaxial dislocation

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with distraction reduction in the treatment of atlantoaxial dislocation.Methods The 52 patients with atlantoaxial dislocation were treated with pedicle screw internal fixation combined with distraction reduction.The surgical conditions,occurrence of complica-tions,JOA score,pain VAS,neck dysfunction index(NDI),and anterior atlanto-dental interval(ADI)were recor-ded.Results All patients were followed up for 2 years.The operation time was 4.5(4,5)h,the intraoperative blood loss was 275(200,350)ml,and the postoperative hospital stay was 9(8,12)d.One case of intraoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage,one case of incision infection,and one case of internal fixation loosening occurred after surgery.At 3,6 months,1,2 years after surgery,the JOA score was higher than that before surgery(P＜0.05),and the pain VAS and NDI were lower than those before surgery(P＜0.05).The ADI was smaller than that before surgery at 3 months and 2 years after surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusions Pedicle screw internal fixation combined with distraction reduction is safe and effective for atlantoaxial dislocation.关键词
