两种术式治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation(PPSF)and open pedicle screw internal fixation(OPSF)in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods The 80 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were divided into the PPSF group(treated with PPSF,40 cases)and the OPSF group(treated with OPSF,40 cases)based on the different treatment methods.The surgical conditions,VAS for low back pain and leg pain,and ODI were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 12-18 months.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative bed rest time,and postoperative hospital stay in the PPSF group were all less(shorter)than those in the OPSF group(P＜0.01).The VAS for low back pain and leg pain and ODI:At 3 months after surgery and the last follow-up,they were both lower than those before surgery in both groups(P＜0.05),and the data of PPSF group were lower than the OPSF group(P＜0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,PPSF provides earlier functional recovery than OPSF,and has the advan-tages of less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,and better pain improvement in patients.关键词
