不同病程的单侧ADDWOR患者关节间隙及骨性结构特征分析
Analysis of joint spaces and osseous structure characteristics in patients with unilateral ADDWOR at different disease stages

Abstract
Objective:This study aimed to analyze the temporomandibular joint spaces and osseous structure in pa-tients with unilateral anterior disc displacement without reduction(ADDWOR)at different disease stages.Methods:In this exploratory cross-sectional study,92 patients with unilateral ADDWOR were enrolled and divided into three groups based on disease duration:Group A(31 cases with disease duration≤3 months),Group B(31 cases with disease duration between 3 and 6 months),and Group C(30 cases with disease duration>6 months).The anterior,superior,and posterior joint spaces,glenoid fossa depth and length,condylar width,length,and height,articular eminence inclination,condylar shape,and condy-lar position on the affected side were measured and compared among the three groups.Results:For the anterior and superior spaces,Group A>Group B>Group C,with significant differences observed between Group C and both Groups A/B(all P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between Group A and Group B(anterior space:PA-B=0.761;superior space:PA-B=0.150).Regarding the posterior space,Group A<Group B<Group C.The differences between Group C and both Groups A/B were statistically significant(all P<0.05),while no significant difference was found between Group A and Group B(PA-B=0.696).In terms of condylar position,Group B and Group C showed an increase in the proportion of an-terior and central positions and a decrease in the proportion of posterior position compared with Group A.However,the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P=0.094).No statistically significant differences were detected in condylar width,length,and height,glenoid fossa depth and length,or articular eminence inclination(all P>0.05).Furthermore,no statistical-ly significant difference was found in condylar shape among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with ADDWOR at different disease stages show significant differences in joint spaces,but no significant differences in the bony structures of the condyle,glenoid fossa,and articular eminence.Future longitudinal,large-scale studies are still needed to fur-ther elucidate the dynamic bony structural changes during the course of ADDWOR.关键词
