不同皮瓣修复方式在口腔癌术后缺损重建中的临床效果分析
Clinical outcomes of different flap reconstruction techniques for postoperative oral cancer defects

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical outcomes of different flap techniques in the reconstruction of postop-erative oral cancer defects.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent postoperative defect reconstruction for o-ral cancer at our hospital between January 2023 and December 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the flap re-construction method,the patients were divided into the forearm group(n=45,radial forearm free flap)and the anterolateral thigh group(n=45,anterolateral thigh free flap).Flap survival,harvesting characteristics,perioperative variables,and postop-erative complications were analyzed.Results:The flap survival rate in the anterolateral thigh group was higher than that in the forearm group(χ2=4.186,P=0.041).The flap harvesting time in the anterolateral thigh group was longer than that in the forearm group(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed in flap area or flap length between the two groups(P>0.05).The reconstructive operation time and length of hospital stay in the anterolateral thigh group were longer than those in the forearm group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the anterolateral thigh group was lower than that in the forearm group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the free radial forearm flap,the free anterolateral thigh flap can improve flap survival rate and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in the reconstruction of post-operative oral cancer defects.Although flap harvesting and reconstructive procedures require a longer operative time,the over-all reconstructive outcome is favorable,indicating high clinical application value.关键词
