关节腔注射富血小板血浆联合微骨折技术对膝关节骨关节炎患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能的影响
Effect of intraarticular injection of platelet-rich plasma combined with micro fracture technique on pain severity and knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of intraarticular injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with micro fracture technique on the pain severity and functional recovery of knee joints in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 106 patients with KO A admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=53)and the control group(n=53)using the random number table method.The observation group was treated with intraarticular injection of PRP combined with micro fracture technique,while the control group was treated with microfracture technique alone.The Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score,knee joint range of motion(ROM),knee joint function(Lysholm-Ⅱ scale,Rasmussen scale),imaging assessment[Magnetic Resonance Observation Score System for Cartilage Repair 2.0(MOCART 2.0)score],complete blood count parameters[platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC)],and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At three months after the treatment,the WOMAC score and VAS pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the Lysholm-Ⅱand Rasmussen scale scores of the knee joint function were higher than those of the control group,and the ROM of the knee joint was greater than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At six months after the treatment,the MOCART 2.0 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the peripheral blood WBC and PLT levels between the two groups at 1 month after treatment(P＞0.05),nor significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group[5.66％(3/53)vs.9.43％(5/53)](P＞0.05).Conclusion Intraarticular injections of PRP combined with microfracture technique can significantly alleviate the pain of patients with KO A,facilitate cartilage repair,improve the knee joint function of patients,increase the ROM,and have good safety.关键词
