雷珠单抗联合前列地尔对早期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效及视觉电生理的影响
Effects of lucentis combined with alprostadil on early diabetic retinopathy and visual electrophysiology

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of lucentis combined with alprostadil on early diabetic retinopa-thy(DR)and the effects of visual electrophysiology.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted on 94 DR patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024.They were divided into the obser-vation group(n=47)and the control group(n=47)by random number table method.The control group was treated with lei-zumab injection,and the observation group was treated with leizumab combined with alprostadil.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the clinical indicators included intraocular pressure(IOP),visual acuity and central macular thiekness(CMT)were measured.The visual electrophysiological indexes and vascular endothelial indexes were compared between the two groups,and the safety was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.62％)was higher than that of the control group(78.72％)(P＜0.05).After the treatment,IOP and CMT decreased and visual acuity increased in both groups(all P＜0.05).After the treatment,the IOP and CMT of the observation group decreased and the vi-sual acuity was increased in the control group(all P＜0.05).After the treatment,the latency of P50 and N95 was shortened and the amplitudes of P50 and N95 waves were increased in both groups(all P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter P50 and N95 latency and higher P50 and N95 amplitudes after treatment(all P＜0.05).The vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels were decreased and NO level were increased in both groups after the treatment(all P＜0.05).The levels of VEGF and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of NO in the control group were increased(all P＜0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the in cidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(17.02％vs.10.64％)(P＞0.05).Conclusions Lucentis combined with alprostadil can improve the clinical efficacy of early DR patients,improve vi-sual electrophysiological indexes and reduce vascular endothelial injury,and is safe and effective.关键词
