玻璃体切除术治疗穿透性角膜移植术后非感染性玻璃体视网膜疾病的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the surgical efficacy of vitrectomy in the treatment of noninfectious vitreoreti-nal diseases in eyes following penetrating keratoplasty.Methods A prospective case series study.Eight patients(8 eyes)who underwent vitrectomy for noninfectious vitreoretinal diseases after penetrating keratoplasty at the Eye Hospital of Shan-dong First Medical University(Shandong Eye Hospital)from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled.Follow-up for 6 months was after the operation.Data including the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),cor-neal endothelial cell density and corneal/corneal graft transparency and the retinal reattachment were recorded and ana-lyzed before and after the surgery.Results The mean preoperative BCVA was(2.03±1.25)logMAR,which improved to(1.35±0.96)logMAR postoperatively(P＜0.05).The mean preoperative IOP was(14.5±3.35)mmHg,compared to(15.6±2.45)mmHg postoperatively,showing no significant change(P＞0.05).The mean preoperative corneal endothelial cell den-sity was(1 347.00±684.26)cells/mm2,while the postoperative value was(1 240.63±652.38)cells/mm2,indicating no sig-nificant difference(P＞0.05).Corneal grafts had good transparency and the retinal reattachment rate was 100％.Conclu-sions Vitrectomy improves visual acuity in eyes after penetrating keratoplasty and demonstrates good surgical safety with-out significant endothelial damage.关键词
