基于生态系统服务的西南森林生态经济效率时空格局分析
Spatiotemporal Pattern Analysis of Forest Eco-economic Efficiency in Southwest China Based on Ecosystem Services

Abstract
This paper adopts input-output analysis to evaluate the output efficiency of forest ecological and economic values as well as input redundancy in Southwest China under given input conditions.Using the super-efficiency SBM model,this study takes the total forestry output value as economic value output and the equivalent value of forest ecosystem services as ecological value output.Combined with four factor inputs and undesirable outputs in forest management,it measures the output efficiency of ecological and economic values under fixed inputs.The study finds that the value of forest ecosystem services in Southwest China has been increasing year by year,but eco-economic production efficiency varies significantly across regions.Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality perform better,whereas Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces lag behind.Regarding input redundancy,pesticide,chemical fertilizers and mechanical power inputs are generally redundant in the region,while forestry land input shows relatively moderate redundancy.Additionally,forestry irrigation input also exhibits certain redundancy.Accordingly,there is a certain disconnection between ecological-economic efficiency and ecological-economic outputs,with currently higher-efficiency areas gradually shifting toward Chongqing and Guizhou.Therefore,it is proposed that future forest construction in Southwest China should accelerate the extension of agricultural socialized services to the forestry sector and combine policy incentives with brand-based incentives to reduce farmers'use of fertilizers and pesticides.Meanwhile,forest land quality should be improved to enhance the resilience of provinces and municipalities in Southwest China to extreme climate events and ultimately promote the synergistic improvement of forest eco-economic systems in Southwest China.关键词
