Abstract
During the operation of a nuclear power plant,a rupture accident occurred in the rupture membrane of the steam water separation reheater.The cause of rupture of the blasting membrane was analyzed by using macroscopic observation,system parameter investigation,maintenance process investigation,chemical composition analysis,production process analysis.The results show that the quality of the blasting membrane was unqualified,and two arching and one heat treatment process were missed in the manufacturing process,resulted in an actual blasting pressure that was about 25%lower than the design requirements,ultimately leading to the rupture of the rupture membrane.关键词
