毕节市引种雪茄烟鉴定与评价
Identification and Evaluation of Introduced Cigar Tobacco in Bijie City

Abstract
In order to identify the adaptability of introduced cigar varieties in Bijie City and screen out cigar varieties suitable for cultivation in Bijie tobacco-growing areas.The randomized block experiment method was used to study the performance of main agronomic traits,economic traits,disease resistance,appearance quali-ty and chemical composition of raw tobacco of 11 cigar varieties such as Florida 301 and Ambxe-ma.The re-sults showed that eight varieties such as Yunxue No.1 had a relatively suitable growth period in the field.Florida 301 and Ambxe-ma are resistant to black shank disease.Guixue No.3 and Qingxue 100 are moderate-ly resistant to black shank disease.Yunxue No.2 and Qingxue 100 are moderately resistant to CMV.The ap-pearance quality of tobacco leaves is better for Ambxe-ma,Yunxue No.1 and Qingxue 108.Among the main chemical components,varieties with suitable nicotine content are Yunxue No.2 and Guixue No.3.Varieties with suitable total sugar content are Ambxe-ma and Yunxue No.2.Varieties with suitable chlorine content are Qingxue 103 and Qingxue 108.Varieties with suitable potassium content are Haixue No.1,Ambxe-ma,Qingxue 200 and Yunxue No.2.Varieties with suitable total nitrogen content are Guixue No.1,Florida 301,Haixue No.1 and Qingxue 103.Except for Florida 301,Ambxe-ma,Guixue No.3 and Yunxue No.2,the potassium-chlorine ratio of other varieties is suitable.Generally speaking,the cigar varieties with better per-formance at Jinsha point are Qingxue 200,Ambxe-ma,Qingxue 103 and Yunxue No.1.The cigar varieties with better performance at Qixingguan point are Yunxue No.1,Ambxe-ma,Qingxue 108,Qingxue 100 and Qingxue 103.The cigar varieties with better performance at Weining point are Qingxue 108,Guixue No.3,Qingxue 103,Ambxe-ma and Qingxue 100.Ambxe-ma and Qingxue 103 performed well in Bijie at three points.The research results can provide a reference for screening suitable cultivated varieties in Bijie tobacco-growing areas.关键词
