基于冠脉造影结果的阻塞性冠心病舌象特征客观化探索与分析
Exploration and Analysis of Objectification of Tongue Features in Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease Based on Coronary Angiographic Findings

Abstract
Objective This paper used artificial intelligence image processing technology combined with expert assessment method to systematically explore and analyse the tongue features of patients with obstructive coronary artery disease.Methods Ac-cording to the results of coronary angiography,233 cases in the obstructive coronary heart disease group and 170 cases in the non-obstructive coronary heart disease group were included in this study,and 144 cases of healthy people in the medical checkup department in the same period were included.After collecting tongue images,artificial intelligence image processing technology was applied to extract tongue information,and then the differences in tongue characteristics among the three groups were compared to explore the tongue characteristics of obstructive coronary heart disease.Results Tongue color characteristics:The obstructive coronary artery disease group had an overall purpler,darker and less saturated tongue color than the healthy group(the S,a and b values of the five partitions were all lower,P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the tongue border and the middle part of the tongue were more purplish and the tongue color in the middle part of the tongue was more saturated than that of the nonobstructive coronary artery disease group(the b value of the 2,3 and 4 areas was lower,and the H value of the 2 and 4 areas was smaller,and the S value of the 4 areas was larger,P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Tongue characteristics:Compared with those of the healthy group,the area,relative height and relative width of obstructive or nonobstructive coronary artery disease clefts were significantly increased(P＜0.01);the number of teeth marks was significantly increased in the obstructive coronary artery disease group,and they were more likely to be tense in the tongue(P＜0.01).Tongue coating features:The obstructive coronary heart disease group was prone to thick and greasy coating on the tongue,compared with the healthy group,the color of the moss was more yellow and thicker in the middle and root of the tongue in the obstructive coronary artery disease group(H and a values were elevated in zones 4 and 5,and b val-ues were elevated in zone 4,P＜0.01).Correlation results:The degree of coronary artery obstruction was negatively correlated with the b1-b5 and H2-H5 values of tongue color,positively correlated with the S4 and S5 values,and positively correlated with the a4,b4 and b5 of tongue coating color(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Tongue characteristics provide an objective and relia-ble basis for clinical identification of coronary artery disease and its degree of obstruction and provide the data support for tradi-tional Chinese medicine"tongue-viewing to recognize the disease",which can help to improve the accuracy of combined tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment.关键词
