中性粒细胞型哮喘急性发作期中医证候规律初探
Study on Regularity of TCM Syndrome of Neutrophilic Asthma

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical syndrome regularity and distribution characteristics of the neutrophilic asthma(NA)patients in traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for the differentiation and treatment of NA.Methods The general information,clinical symptoms and four diagnostic information of 164 patients with acute NA attacks who were treated in the Respiratory Department of Dongguan Hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from September 11,2023 to Febru-ary 29,2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The data was statistically analyzed by means of cluster analysis,so as to obtain the TCM syndrome type characteristics and distribution rules of the NA patients.Results After cluster analysis of symptoms and signs of the NA patients with acute attack,four TCM syndrome types were obtained,which were phlegm-heat obstructing lung syn-drome(36.59％),wind-phlegm obstructing lung syndrome(24.39％)and phlegm-turbidity obstructing lung syndrome(20.73％),lung-kidney Qi and Yang deficiency syndrome(17.07％).Its disease location was mainly in lung,involving spleen and kidney,the nature of disease was the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and intermingled deficiency and excess.Conclusion The main pathological factors of NA are phlegm.Deficiency syndrome is deficiency of lung and kidney Qi.The main symptoms are phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome and wind-phlegm obstructing lung syndrome and phlegm-turbidity ob-structing lung syndrome.关键词
